Cynthia Helgeson ARNP

My journey from the ER to integrative medicine has given me a unique perspective on healthcare. I believe in addressing the whole person, not just treating symptoms. For me, finding solutions starts with truly listening to my patients so they feel heard and understood. Together, we build from there.

At CMH Wellness, I offer a range of services, including hormone therapies, ketamine-assisted therapy, vitamin injections and infusions, and weight loss programs. I’m also passionate about lifestyle optimization and work closely with my patients to develop personalized plans that fit their unique needs and goals.

Gut health is a particular focus of mine because I know how crucial it is to overall wellness. From immune function to mental health, the gut plays a central role. I use advanced testing, dietary interventions, and targeted supplementation to help resolve issues like leaky gut, dysbiosis, and food sensitivities.

My approach combines the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based alternative therapies. I’m here not just as a provider but as a partner on your journey to better health and vitality.

Growing up, I lived all over the world. Having settled in the Pacific Northwest for the last couple decades, I’m currently raising two beautiful children with my husband of many years in the quiet little beach town and misty forests of Indianola. We also welcomed beloved dog Diego into our lives this past year.

I serve patients throughout the state of Washington through telehealth. I do house-calls and in person sessions in the Poulsbo, North Kitsap area. I am the medical director at Harbor Health & Apothecary in Gig Harbor, seeing patients for specialized IV infusion therapy.
