Welcome to CMH Wellness Center! I’m Cynthia Helgeson, ARNP. With over 15 years of experience in emergency medicine as an RN, I have now been in private practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for 4 years. I specialize in integrative health, weight loss, longevity, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and alternative states of consciousness.

I serve patients via telehealth throughout Washington state. I provide in-person sessions as well as mobile IV therapy in Poulsbo, Kingston, Gig Harbor, Olympia, & the Greater Peninsula. Please book online or reach out directly via phone or email.

New Patient Appointments- $270

This is an initial intake visit and will last 45 minutes to an hour.

Follow Up Appointments as needed

15 minute appointment- $90

30 minute appointment- $130

45 minute appointment- $190

Mobile IV Therapy – $200 (plus travel)

All labs or imaging are included in the appointment cost.

I do not work directly with insurance for visits; however, I will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I serve as the Medical Director & IV Infusion Specialist at Harbor Health & Apothecary in Gig Harbor administering Cell Code IV Drip Therapies and providing cutting-edge personalized IV drip supplements and medicines for individuals and medical providers produced at our 503a sterile laboratory.
