It’s a little bit of rain in the Pacific Northwest I’m seeing lots of little slugs and brand new mushrooms bursting out of the dirt they love that little bit of rain and thinking of something that I tell my patients is to go ahead now and start figuring out your winter workout routine because in the Pacific Northwest it gets dark and the days get short and it gets harder to get outside so if you’re not going to be able to be going outside to get your exercise then figure out what it is you are going to do and get it in line right now so it’s already a habit and you can just carry it on through the winter until the sunny days come again hope that helps let me know what you do for your workout routines
